I usually go in person instead of ordering online but I've never had an issue. They offer really good prices and sales and you can find cute t shirts, pants, and shoes each season. Planning my next trip to update my toddler's wardrobe now!

This is a great store to get great prices sales at for children. I love the quality of some of the brands they sell. They always have decent sales, and the customer service is just amazing. I highly recommended.

Great prices on sales, decent prices for great brands

They are a little expensive for a child that is going to grow out of the clothes quickly. However, their clothes are excellent in quality and adorable. Their sizing is very accurate. Never had an issue with either online orders or in store pick up.

I cannot thank Jayda and Rishad, the manager of The Children’s place at the Williamsburg outlet, enough for their kindness and flexibility. I arrived at 10am, the time both the web site and store front said it opened. The door was unlocked and I walked in. Initially I was told the store was closed and to return at 11. Naturally confused I explained that I checked on line then I showed them the hours on their window and was told the hours had not been changed yet, but the outlet does not open till 11 and that is the new time. The manager Rishad said he understood my confusion and offered to let me stay to shop and locked the front door.
Both Rishad and Jayda were helpful, professional, and kind and I cannot thank them enough for their generosity in letting me shop at that time. Thank you.

Great store for children's clothes. They are always running sales. They allow returns to their physical stores, which makes it very convenient.

I love this company! I have had zero issues with them! I order from them a few times a month and I always get what I ordered and it always fits my daughter great! I have received one incorrect item and customer service took care of it quickly and sent me the correct item. Clothes are cute and affordable!

I love the Children's Place and have not had ANY ISSUES at all. I see all these 1 star and bad reviews on here. Yes, if they send the items out separately they will process seperate charges which they have always done 2 me but its never been for over what I paid. And as far as shipping. If its coming from USPS there is a major backage of packages with them so some companies have decided to use other services as of right now. Due to the pandemic alot of packages were stuck and limited so now that they are slowly being released its taking longer than usual. Which I mean anyone with common sense should understand, and if you cannot wait or don't want to then why did you order in the middle of a pandemic anyways esp when its been stated several times that packages would be prioritized. Last I ordered was right when the pandemic started and some of my packages came fast and there was 1 that took 2 weeks but I wasn't in any rush. I love them and will place many more orders.
